Hotel Reservations must be made not later than 17 April 2009. Reservations should be made
for the nights of 14, 15, and 16 May 2009. Once a student has received orders and is aware
that he /she will not be able to arrive home before 2359, 17 May 2009, he/she should e mail
a request for an orders extension through 17 May 2009 to
tnunes@auxpa.org.

Hotel Rate: Government Rate: $158.00 per night.
Hotel Payment: Each student must pay for his own room using a major credit card. Failure to
cancel per hotel rules will result in charge for first night's room plus tax.
